Pierson’s Student Kitchen is located under the dining hall (between Entryway F and the Buttery). Pierson students may use the kitchen to bake cookies, cakes, whatever culinary concoction you can dream up! The kitchen has been stocked with basic staple ingredients, as well as pots, pans and cooking utensils.

Pierson Stock Ingredients
Flour, gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, light brown sugar, powdered sugar, butter, eggs
Salt, pepper, oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, cardamom, curry, ginger powder, cumin, allspice, bay leaves, vanilla, cayenne
Extra virgin olive oil, vegetable oil, canola oil, vinegar
- Please clean up the kitchen, including washing any pots and pans, when you are finished.
- Don’t forget to take any ingredients or cookware you brought in to the kitchen back to your room
- Please do not take anything out of the kitchen
