Matthew Tanico

Hey there! I’m a 6^th year PhD candidate in the Renaissance Studies Program. I came to Yale straight from studying Spanish and Italian as an undergrad at NYU and have spent the past 5 years making New Haven home. I can relate pretty much anything back to Don Quixote and spend most of my day doing just that. When not being a total nerd, I enjoy cooking and love to bake. I also try to get to as many performances around Yale as I can. I’m super excited to be a part of the Pierson community and am looking forward to meeting everyone.
