Name: Richard Crouse
Hometown: Palatka, FL
Department: GSAS - Interdepartmental Neuroscience Program (INP)
I’m a first year graduate student pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience, with a particular interest in the neurobiological basis of learning and memory. I’m also passionate about science advocacy and policy, as well as the increased availability and efficacy of STEM education to all.
I was raised in a small town in northeast Florida and attended the University of South Florida in Tampa. Before coming to Yale, I worked at a cancer drug development company for two years. I’m always game for exchanging music recommendations, meaningful debate, or anything that involves food.
