Sofia Braunstein

Sofia Braunstein is a sophomore hailing from the Bay Area. As a potential MCDB/Poli Sci/Art History major, she is a little unsure of what to pursue with her life. Outside of class, Sofia serves as a staff writer for WKND, a layout editor and writer for Yale Scientific Magazine, the Equal Justice Center Head for the Roosevelt Institute, an active YIRA member, and Pierson’s YCC representative. She enjoys spending long periods of time in the dining hall, writing poetry, adventuring on rooftops, wandering aimlessly through the YUAG, reading about and discussing world issues, and staying true to her Californian origins by practicing yoga and complaining about the cold.
