Trini is a first-year from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has moved around quite a bit throughout her life, living in Florida, Northern Virginia, and currently in Houston, Texas. A prospective Environmental Studies and Global Affairs double-major, she is invested in sustainability and environmental justice. On campus, she is an activist in the Carbon Charge Working Group, a writer in TEETH Slam Poets, and a DJ on WYBCx Yale Radio. Among her favorite poets are Mary Oliver and Pablo Neruda. However, there is too much good music out there to ever decide on a favorite genre, much less a favorite musician. She loves hiking and being outdoors, as well as exploring New Haven. One of her fondest Yale Memories™ so far has been a sunset picnic with new friends at Lighthouse Point Park.
