We’re happy to accept letters of recommendation from your instructors and send them out to graduate admission offices, fellowships or prospective employers at your request.  Contact our office and we will provide you with a request wiaver to present to your instructor.  Instructors will return the form to our office along with the letter of recommendation.  Please understand that this form and all letters of recommendation must contain original signatures, therefore must be hard copies.

When you are ready to have the letters sent, please send a brief note to Dean Fabbri’s assistant, Elaine Lincoln (while you are enrolled, an email from your yale.edu email account is acceptable), indicating where the letters should go.  Recommendation letters are sent free of charge while you are a student, and for the first year following graduation.  Any letters sent after that time, require a fee of $5.00 per address.
