The first part of my hospitality career began when I was 15 years old , flipping burgers and serving Ice cream at my Uncles ice cream restaurant. Later in life, I owned and operated an award-winning restaurant in Branford CT for Eighteen Years.

I have been a part of Yale for the past 17 years. I spent my first five in Yale Hospitality Catering. In the past twelve I have worked in the following Colleges: Timothy Dwight, Branford Saybrook, Trumbull, JE, ESM and now I have landed at Pierson College.

My husband and I have two children, Alec 26 and Ally 32. Alec is an assistant professor at Uconn University studying for his Masters Degree and Ally works in Accounts Payable  @ EXP Realty in Okaloosa Island Florida. My third child is my 14 year old  Golden Doodle Neko.
